Deal Copilot

An AI deal copilot for teams selling into steel service centers. It sits in on client calls, briefs the team in Slack, updates the CRM and drafts the follow up kit for a one click review.

PROBLEM

After every client call, the sales lead rebuilt the follow up by hand across six tools: the CRM, engagement plan, recap deck, contracts, email and a heads up to the team. Signed documents were easy to send twice.

SOLUTION

An AI notetaker joins the call and Deal Copilot does the rest: it briefs the team in Slack, updates the CRM and plan, and builds the kit and follow up email. Everything is reviewed on one screen and sent in a click.

The nudge shows up where the team already talks

Minutes after the call, the copilot posts a short brief in the deal’s channel. One tap opens the review, and the stage change can be approved right from the message.

Impact:  The whole team knows where a deal stands minutes after the call, without anyone writing a recap.

One screen, one decision

Before:  Every follow up meant six separate tools, and nothing was checked before it went out.

Now:  Everything the agent did is on one screen, already done. He can undo any piece, confirm the stage move and send, usually in a single click.

Prototype screens recreated for this portfolio. Customer details changed.

Mapping the workflow

Before: one call, six tools, all by hand

After: the notetaker listens, the copilot connects everything

Where it landed

Every client call ends with a ready to send kit.

After the pilot, it became a standard step in his routine after every client call. The notetaker joins, the brief lands in Slack, and he reviews and sends the kit from one screen.
