Pri’s Planner
An AI planner that learns how I actually work and rebuilds my day whenever priorities change.
PROBLEM
Running growth, operations and finance at a startup meant client calls and product design squeezed in between everything else. Paper to do lists and static planners fell apart the moment the day changed.
SOLUTION
A planner that drafts the day with Claude, explains why each block sits where it does and replans when a call runs long. Daily check ins and weekly patterns teach it how the work really goes.

Can I fit the investor update today?
Yes, if expenses move to Friday at 9. Want me to swap them?

What this week taught it
Finance
Ops
Design
Clients
Finance runs 1.4x my estimates, so it’s padded now
Design lands best from 1 to 3 PM
Calls cluster midday, deep work stays in the morning
patterns turn into real changes in next week’s plan.
House rules
Never moves a client call
Never deletes a task
Never writes to my calendar without a yes
Never sends a message for me
Asks before moving more than two things
the rules live on screen, not buried in settings.
Where it landed
I turned my work habits into data and built an assistant around them.
I traded flipping through paper to do lists for a planner I trained myself. I tell it what got in the way, it learns how long my work really takes, and I shape tomorrow’s plan with it in a few minutes. The more I teach it about my work style, the sharper my days get.
